Applications for Kindergarten Enrolments 2025

Kindergarten Enrolments for 2025 have commenced.  If you are in area and you wish to enrol your child, enrolments can be made online via the Samuel Terry Public School Website.

Although online enrolments are preferred if you are unable to complete the process online, enrolment forms can be emailed or picked up from the school.

Please ring the school first 4730 2888 to advise our staff that you are needing an enrloment form.

You will need the following douments to complete the application.

  • The Completed enrolment form
  • The Child's birth certificate
  • Immunisations certificate (available from Medicare or online through MYGOV.au)
  • 100 Points of residential identification
  • Parent's passport and Citizenship paperwork - if both parents are born overseas

At Samuel Terry Public School we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we meet, learn and play.
